This handmade miniature Sushi bar is 3.5" wide and 3" tall.

The sushi is made of polymer clay and includes Tobiko (flying fish eggs), Ebi (boiled shrimp), Maguro (tuna), Ika with Ume (squid with pickled plum paste), Tamago (egg roll), Ohtoro (fatty tuna), and Sake (Salmon), Wasabi and Gary (ginger) are also included. I also made the tiny grains of rice.

Green tea cup is made with resin and washi paper. The shoyu (soy sauce) is made of resin as is the Sake bottle and cup, chopsticks and Hashi-Oki (chopstick rest).

The chair and Noren (curtain) are made of Chirimen fabric.

I used Japanese Washi paper for the bamboo, counter and back wall.

I put a water stream at the back of the counter which reminded me of a sushi bar I went to years ago.
