This miniature sushi platter set in encased in a 2" by 2" by 1" acrylic box.

I made the sushi using polymer clay. The toppings are Ebi (shrimp), Sake (salmon), Tamago Yaki (rolled egg), Ohtoro (fatty tuna), Ika (squid), and Maguro (Tuna) with Gary (ginger) and Wasabi. They are displayed on a "slate" platter that I made using PVA and modeling paste painted in black and gray.

The Ocha (tea) cup and tea is made of resin and Washi paper. I used resin for the Chawanmushi (egg custard) and Shoyu (soy sauce) as well.

I went to a sushi bar in Tokyo and ordered the Omakase (chef's choice). He also made me a platter of sushi using one grain of rice. I then presented him with my miniature which was even smaller than his. The entire restaurant was amazed and delighted.

This contains small parts and not suitable for children under 3 years old.
